Are there connecting apartments?
No, but sometimes we can arrange for tenants to occupy adjacent units.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in Begins: 10am Pacific
Check-out By: 12pm Pacific
During normal business hours, check-in begins at 10am (Mon-Sat). The deadline for checking out is 12pm. ALL keys must be returned to the main office. If checking out outside of normal business hours, please place keys into the VIP drop box located directly outside the main office.
If you need to check in outside of normal business hours, please contact the main office to arrange a time (no earlier than 6am and no later than 8pm. Weekdays only).
Are pets allowed?
Some Temporary VIP Housing properties do allow for small pets (under 15lbs). If you would like to rent a pet-friendly unit, please inform the staff at the time of your reservation request.
Tenants who have been approved to rent a pet-friendly unit will need to complete the Pet Addendum Form and pay the pet deposit fee.
Are there any property taxes and site fees?
Unlike a hotel, there are no property taxes or fees added to the rental contract for tenants staying 31 days or more.
Is smoking allowed indoors or on the grounds?
While our properties do not allow indoor smoking, tenants may smoke in most outdoor areas.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that your plans may change. Temporary VIP Housing has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after the stated time period result in a full forfeiture of any deposits and incur a prorated fee for the time the property would have been rented. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact the main office by calling 1.760.371.1364.
Can I see the property before renting?
Absolutely! Once we have found a unit that meets your specific needs, we can arrange for you to take a walk-through of the property. If you are unable to schedule a walk-through, we can send you up to date photos of the property.
Can I send my packages to your main office?
Of course! The main office at Temporary VIP Housing is equipped to handle any packages you need to send to the area, and once received, your packages will be held in a secure location. We will contact the tenant/company associated with any packages that arrive.
