3. Internet or other similar network activity: Browsing history, search history, or information on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.

5. Inferences drawn from other personal information: Profile reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. [Employees Only].

What We Do Not Collect

1. Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law: Age (40 years or older), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information).

2. Commercial information: Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

3. Biometric information: Genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying information, such as fingerprints, faceprints, and voiceprints; iris or retina scans; keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns; and sleep, health, or exercise data.

4. Geolocation data: Physical location or movements.

5. Sensory data: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.

6. Non-public education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99): Education records, directly related to a student, maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.

Customers who reserve housing with Temporary VIP Housing through its various platforms or partner providers may be subject to a background check if required to secure the reservation. Temporary VIP Housing uses secure third-party providers to facilitate a background check. Temporary VIP Housing will use its best effort to advise guests reserving housing requiring a background check that a background check is required prior to guests selection of the corresponding housing option.

By providing information to us, you are representing that you are authorized to disclose such information in the manner and for the purposes being disclosed. You agree to indemnify and hold Temporary VIP Housing, and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the information you disclose to us.

Technologies We Use to Collect Information About You

When you visit the Sites, we place a text ﬁle called a “cookie” in the browser directory of your computer’s hard drive to facilitate access to our Sites and to personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small piece of information that a Sites can store on your web browser and later retrieve. Employment Applicants

Our Website may include a Careers feature that allows you to submit an online job application. When you submit an online application, you will be required to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, contact information, job interests, educational and job history, and references. This information will be used by us to assess and process your application.

The online application process may be hosted and supported by a third-party service provider. The Applicant Tracking System may receive and store the information you provide. It will not disclose the personal information it receives and maintains for us to outside third parties, unless otherwise required by law.

Temporary VIP Housing provides you with many opportunities to access and update your personal information.
