Pool Rules and Guidelines

When the time comes to make a splash

Several of our Temporary VIP Housing units are located within an apartment complex that has one or more pools. Make sure you know all the rules and guidelines before utilizing them. For more information, click on the link below to see our complete list of Pool Rules and Guidelines.

Gas Grill Guidelines

Keeping your grill in top shape

Most units have their own private propane gas grill, but some grills are shared. Please make sure to keep your grill cleaned after each use and notify the main office if your grill is out of propane.

Pet Guidelines

For those with fury friends

A few of our properties allow pets, and if you live in one of these units, it is important to make sure that any waste from your pet is promptly removed from the dwelling or on the grounds. For more information about our pet rules and guidelines, see our Pet Addendum.

High Speed Internet

Enjoy fast internet for work or play

High speed WiFi internet is available in all our units. The login information is contained within a plaque that is located on the desk or kitchen countertop. If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, please contact the main office during normal business hours.
