Maintenance Requests

Should you need maintenance done in your unit, please call us at 1.760.371.1364 during normal business hours or complete the maintenance request form below. After hours maintenance information can be found below.

*If any of the services below are required after normal business hours, you need to contact the main office during the next business day to report what service(s) was utilized.

Cardinal Plumbing handles all of our Temporary VIP Housing plumbing needs. If you have an after hours emergency related to a plumbing problem, give them a call.

*If your entire units power is out, please contact SCE to see if there is a power outage in the area before contacting an electrician.
